Practice Call Agreement

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS CONSULTING PRACTICE CALL AGREEMENT This Practice Call Agreement ("Agreement") is between Young Professionals Consulting ("we," "us") and you, the person booking this practice call. By typing your full name below, you agree to the following. 1. THE SERVICE. A practice call is one phone call of up to 30 minutes in which an AI plays a job interviewer, or the other person in a workplace conversation you choose or describe, followed by a scored report, a recording, and coaching notes. It is practice and coaching only. 2. YOU ARE TALKING TO AN AI. The voice on the call is an AI, not a person, and it says so at the start of every call. If you ask whether it is an AI, it will tell you the truth. 3. YOUR NUMBER AND RECORDING CONSENT. You confirm that the phone number you entered is your own and that you will be the only person on the call. You consent to the call being recorded, transcribed, and analyzed by us and our service providers to create your report. Do not put anyone else on speaker or include anyone else in the call. 4. WHAT YOU SHARE. You will only share job descriptions and situations you have the right to share. Keep details about other people to what is needed for practice, and leave out sensitive information such as health details, full names, account numbers, or passwords. 5. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. Calls, scores, and coaching are generated with AI and may be imperfect. They are not legal, HR, medical, financial, or mental health advice, and they do not guarantee any job offer, raise, promotion, or other outcome. For harassment, discrimination, safety concerns, or legal questions, contact your HR team, a qualified professional, or the appropriate authorities. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (in the US) or call 911. 6. PAYMENT, NO REFUNDS, AND ONE FREE REDO. You pay the price shown at checkout (or use a call included with a bundle). All sales are final and there are no refunds. If your call never really gets started (for example, it does not connect, goes to voicemail, or drops right away), you get one free redo from your call page. 7. ACCEPTABLE USE. You will not use the service to call anyone other than yourself, to harass or deceive anyone, or to create content that is abusive, unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share. We may end a call or refuse service if this Agreement is broken. 8. YOUR REPORT AND PRIVACY. Your report is available through a private link that anyone with the link can open, so keep it to yourself unless you choose to share it. How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. 9. OUR MATERIALS. Our scenarios, characters, scoring, prompts, and report formats belong to us. You may use your own report for your personal career development, but you may not copy, resell, or use our materials to build a competing service. 10. AGE. You confirm you are 18 or older. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the call, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 12. GENERAL. This Agreement is governed by California law, is the entire agreement between us about the practice call, and may be signed electronically. This agreement is signed electronically before checkout.
